HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION

PRIVACY POLICY

What Pro League Hub collects, why, who helps us run the site, and how to see, fix or delete your information.

LAST UPDATED 12 OCTOBER 2026

Who we are

Pro League Hub (proleaguehub.com) keeps the results, stats, awards and history of community and workplace sports leagues. We are based in Makati City, Philippines.

Questions about this policy or your information: hubproleague@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

League records

League organizers add their players, teams and games. For a player this can include: name or the display name the league uses, team, jersey number, position, photo, height, school, date of birth, game stats and awards. We use this to show results, standings, stats, records and awards.

A date of birth is never shown on the site. If the league marks it public, the site shows the player's age only. If the league marks a player's name as private, the site shows the display name instead and hides the photo.

Contact form

Your name, email address, the topic and your message. We use it to reply to you.

Launch a league form

Your name, email address or phone number, league name, sport, location, number of teams, planned start date, your notes, and the type of browser you used. We use it to review your request and contact you.

Fan polls and fan picks

Your choice, a random code saved in your browser, a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address, and the type of browser you used. We use these only to count votes and to allow one vote per device. We do not store your internet address itself.

King of the Court picks

Your pick and a random code saved in your browser, so the same device picks once per game.

Organizer and admin accounts

Your email address and password, used to sign in to Setup and the Media Center. Sign-in is handled by Supabase; passwords are stored scrambled, not as plain text.

What we do not do

  • We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools.
  • We do not sell or rent your information.
  • We do not ask visitors to make an account. Only organizers and admins sign in.

What is saved in your browser

  • The random voting code for fan polls and fan picks.
  • The random device code and your picks for King of the Court.
  • For organizers and admins: the signed-in session.
  • Copies of site files so pages open faster and work with a weak connection.

You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. Clearing the voting code means the site no longer knows that device already voted.

Services that help us run the site

  • Supabase stores the database, uploaded pictures and organizer sign-in.
  • Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, its servers keep standard request records (such as internet address and time).
  • Google Fonts provides the lettering. Your browser downloads the fonts from Google.
  • Facebook hosts our Pro League Hub Page. When you use Facebook, Facebook's own privacy policy applies.
  • Some article pictures load from the site where the organizer keeps them, such as Imgur or Google Drive.

Our Facebook app

We use a Facebook app only to post league results, awards and articles to our own Pro League Hub Page. The app does not collect or store any information about Facebook users.

How long we keep it

League records are kept as the league's history. Messages, league requests and votes are kept until we no longer need them or you ask us to delete them. There is no automatic deletion yet.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, or have it deleted or blocked. Players can also ask their league organizer to keep their name private, hide their age, or change or remove their photo.

Email hubproleague@gmail.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the National Privacy Commission.

How to delete your data

  1. Email hubproleague@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data.
  2. Tell us what to delete: for example your contact message, your league request, or your player profile (with the league name).
  3. We delete it and reply by email when it is done.

For a player profile, we remove the photo and personal details and hide the name. Team scores stay, because they belong to the other players and teams too.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
